Account & Data Deletion
Last updated 26 June 2026
You can permanently delete your ClassSlotter account and personal data at any time. This page explains how, and exactly what is erased and what is kept.
This applies to the ClassSlotter member app (developer: ClassSlotter) and the account you use to sign in to it.
Delete from the app (recommended)
- Open the ClassSlotter app and sign in.
- Go to Profile, then tap the Settings (gear) icon.
- Tap Delete account.
- Read the warning, type DELETE to confirm, and tap Delete.
Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out. Because one ClassSlotter account can belong to several studios, deleting it removes you from every studio you belong to.
If you can’t access the app(for example, you’ve lost access to your account), email hello@classslotter.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We may need to verify your identity, and we will complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently erase or anonymise your personal data, including:
- Your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and address.
- Your profile photo (removed from storage).
- Your sign-in credentials and authentication tokens.
- Your personal records, in-app notifications, and any likes and comments you posted.
- Any upcoming class bookings, which are cancelled (freeing the spot for others).
After deletion, your account can no longer be used to sign in, and you can no longer be identified from the data above.
What is kept, and why
A small amount of data cannot be deleted on request because studios must keep it to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. We retain it in de-identified form — it stays on your studio’s books but is no longer linked to you by name:
- Invoices and payment records your studio created, kept for the period required by law.
- Past attendance and logged results, retained as anonymised studio records (for example, so class history and leaderboards stay intact).
This is standard practice and is permitted under data-protection law (including the GDPR), which allows retention where it is necessary to comply with a legal obligation. See our Privacy Policy for more.
Studio owners, admins, and coaches
If your account also has a staff role (owner, admin, or coach) at any studio, self-service deletion is blocked so a studio is not left without an operator. Transfer ownership or contact hello@classslotter.comfirst, and we’ll help you close the account.
Timing
- In-app deletion: immediate.
- Email request: completed within 30 days of verifying your request.
